Group Fitness Leadership:

  • Facilitate group fitness classes tailored to diverse fitness levels.

  • Stay informed on industry trends to incorporate innovative exercises.

Sales and Member Engagement:

  • Conduct facility tours, highlighting amenities and services.
  • Engage with potential members to understand their fitness aspirations and recommend suitable membership options.
  • Provide comprehensive information regarding membership benefits and promotions.
  • Follow up with inquiries to encourage sign-ups.
  • Foster a positive club culture that promotes member involvement and retention.
  • Build strong relationships with members through exceptional service and support.
  • Assist with onboarding, including fitness assessments and personalized plans.
  • Conduct regular member check-ins to monitor progress and provide ongoing assistance.
  • Encourage participation in club events and initiatives to boost engagement.

Operational Support:

  • Assist with administrative duties such as member check-ins and data management.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the facility, maintaining equipment functionality.
  • Collaborate with management to implement strategies for growth and improved member experiences.
  • Participate in staff meetings and training to stay updated on policies and programs.
  • Adhere to company policies and safety guidelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $55,000 - $60,000 annually

Retention Bonus: Eligible employees will receive a $1,500 bonus after completing 90 days of employment, contingent on attendance and performance standards.

  • Saturday: 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM (Alternating Saturdays)
