**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Representative at Badger Liquor Co., Inc. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, building relationships, and providing exceptional service.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Interact with customers to provide information, resolve inquiries, and handle complaints in a professional manner.
  • Create a personal connection with customers from initial contact to follow-up, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Promote products to customers based on their benefits and value, overcoming objections and securing sales.
  • Communicate effectively over the phone to achieve sales and service goals.
  • Drive distribution of new products, collaborating with suppliers to build customer and company business.
  • Assist customers in growing their business by providing product knowledge and category expertise.
  • Support assigned sales territories with customer and order-related inquiries.
  • Process Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) efficiently and ensure timely processing.
  • Cover vacation routes telephonically for Sales Representatives.
  • Enter high-level special orders, including manual price override orders and credit adjustments.
  • Process credit memos and assist with inventory management.
  • Cover reception duties as needed.
  • Set up new and existing customers in Customer Corner.
  • Verify Customer Pick Up (CPU) copies are returned.
  • Add delivery notes to invoices in SharePoint.
  • Prepare and enter payments from Drivers and Sales Representatives for accounts receivable entry, including credit card payments.

  • Ability to handle difficult situations and provide solutions.
  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
