Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Therapist 2 to join our team at Gateway Rehabilitation Center. As a Therapist 2, you will be responsible for providing substance use treatment and case management services to patients in our Greensburg, PA location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, utilizing evidence-based practices and trauma-informed care.
  • Provide direct therapeutic services, including individual, group, and family therapy, to help patients understand their addiction and develop coping strategies.
  • Conduct ongoing assessments and revise treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of clinical documentation.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources and provide continuing care for patients.
  • Monitor and complete insurance authorizations for patient caseload.
  • Provide referrals for additional care or services as needed.
  • Achieve and maintain expected productivity levels.
Requirements
  • Masters' Degree with 3 years' experience or Bachelor's with 6 years' experience as a Gateway Rehab Therapist.
  • Pass a PA Criminal Background Check.
  • Obtain PA Child Abuse and FBI Fingerprinting Clearances.
  • Pass Drug Screen.
  • TB Test.
  • Obtain CPR/First Aid Certification.
Work Environment

Favorable working conditions with minimal physical demands. Significant mental demands include those associated with treating patients with substance use and co-occurring disorders.
