Telehealth Therapist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Telehealth Therapist 3 to join our team at Gateway Rehab. As a Telehealth Therapist, you will provide substance use treatment and case management services to assigned patients. This is a remote position, and you must be licensed in PA and Ohio.

Responsibilities:

• Provide trauma-informed treatment through evidence-based practices.
• Develop and implement patient treatment plans in cooperation with the treatment team.
• Conduct individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions as needed.
• Assess patient progress and revise treatment plans accordingly.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources.
• Plan for continuing care and make referrals as necessary.
• Monitor and complete insurance authorizations.
• Achieve expected productivity levels.
• Participate in regular supervision and seek additional supervision as needed.
• Adhere to HIPAA and OMHSAS regulations.
• Complete mandatory training programs.
• Provide coverage for other programs as needed.

Requirements:

• Masters' Degree with 5 years' experience in a clinical or behavioral health environment.
• Licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
• 2 plus years' experience as a Telehealth Therapist.
• Active license in PA and Ohio.
• Experience in an outpatient setting with dual diagnosis and SUD patients.

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience working with healthcare professionals.

Additional Requirements:

• Pass a PA Criminal Background Check.
• Obtain PA Child Abuse and FBI Fingerprinting Clearances.
• Pass Drug Screen.
• TB Test.
• Obtain CPR/First Aid Certification.
