Job Requirements

We seek an experienced Accountant with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Accounts payable and accounts receivable management
  • Interfacing with Vendor/Sub Contractors and owners from contract documents to close out process
  • Process and manage Subcontractor invoices, Certified Payroll, General Liability and Worker's Compensation insurance
  • Maintain and organize project files
  • Collect and maintain subcontractor insurance
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
  • 5 years of experience in accounting
  • Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools
  • Detail-oriented and analytical skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
