Position Overview: The role of the Director of Client Engagement is pivotal in steering both strategic and operational processes within the organization. This position is responsible for crafting a precise marketing strategy that aligns with the growth objectives of the organization while meeting the needs of corporate clients. The Director will not only oversee business engagements but will also provide visionary leadership, fostering communication across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely delivery of solutions to clients, overseeing every phase of the business engagement process.
  • Drive business outcomes, focusing on client satisfaction and profitability.
  • Manage accounts comprehensively, including financial oversight, growth strategies, and achieving targeted objectives.
  • Formulate business strategies related to client engagements, execution planning, and personnel management for optimal resource utilization.
  • Exhibit innovative leadership to achieve the business goals established by the organization and its corporate clients.
  • Build and maintain enduring relationships with existing and former clients while identifying new, lucrative opportunities.
  • Oversee profitability in client engagements by managing budgets, tracking work statements, and optimizing resource management.
  • Ensure high levels of consumer satisfaction through quality service delivery, timely project completion, and effective resolution of client inquiries.
  • Lead the project team, providing mentorship, organizing training, and addressing team conflicts.
  • Collaborate with technical, legal, and sales teams to guarantee peak performance across projects.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate effective interactions between the organization and its clients.
  • Develop effective marketing strategies aimed at expanding the customer base and enhancing outreach efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.) is required.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in client account management or relationship management is essential. Experience in relocation or real estate is advantageous, along with a proven record of delivering superior client service.
  • Strong project management capabilities are necessary.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
  • Willingness to travel is expected.
