Job Title: Graphic Designer

Stream Realty Partners is seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team in the Washington D.C. market. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling marketing materials to promote our property listings and support our sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to engage our target audience and promote our brand.
  • Design and produce high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, email blasts, websites, proposals, and presentations.
  • Schedule and execute targeted email campaigns to effectively promote properties and engage potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create a cohesive brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Stay up-to-date with design and marketing trends to ensure our brand remains competitive and relevant.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • 2+ years of graphic design experience in a commercial real estate or marketing environment.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for engagement and content creation.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
