Key Responsibilities- Restore wheels and wheel covers to their original condition using spray-painting equipment, power tools, and work aids.
- Work independently on site at customer locations, fixing cosmetic damages such as curb and road rash, peeling, scrapes, gouges, oxidation, and bent wheels.
- Inspect wheels, prep and buff defects, mix colors, and finish to ensure a high-quality finish.
- Use environmentally friendly trucks equipped with explosion-proof filtration and fixtures, outfitted with premixed and pre-matched OEM wheel colors.

- Vision abilities including close, distance, and color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
- Toughness and grit to work outside in all kinds of weather.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to interact with customers and build accounts.
- Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.
- Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and climb, as well as lift up to 45 pounds.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
The starting compensation for this position is expected to be between $50,000 and $65,000 annually, depending on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
