Manufacturing Engineer II

Job Summary:
The Production Operations Specialist will be responsible for supporting day-to-day production activities, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. This role will also manage new product launches, including fixture design, process layouts, and equipment installation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support production operations, including safety, quality, and efficiency initiatives
- Manage new product launches, including fixture design, process layouts, and equipment installation
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations
- Provide technical expertise to production teams to resolve issues and improve processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in the automotive industry
- Advanced programming and troubleshooting skills for Motoman Robotics
- Experience with AutoCAD, Catia, or 3D modeling software
- Practical welding experience in MIG & TIG
- Ability to travel domestically
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP
