Job Summary:

The Production Operations Specialist will be responsible for supporting day-to-day production activities, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. This role will also manage new product launches, including fixture design, process layouts, and equipment installation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support production operations, including safety, quality, and efficiency initiatives
  • Manage new product launches, including fixture design, process layouts, and equipment installation
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations
  • Provide technical expertise to production teams to resolve issues and improve processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Advanced programming and troubleshooting skills for Motoman Robotics
  • Experience with AutoCAD, Catia, or 3D modeling software
  • Practical welding experience in MIG & TIG
  • Ability to travel domestically
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP
