Position Description

Penn Princeton Primary Care Monroe is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider to join their team. The practice consists of two physicians and is looking to add an experienced APP to support their geriatric patient population. The following specialties provide onsite support: pulmonary, cardiology, gastroenterology, obstetrics/gynecology, and phlebotomy. The practice utilizes the Epic EMR, which is universal throughout Penn Medicine.

The new hire will be asked to participate in the practice's shared on-call group with two other local practices.

Minimum Requirements
  • Candidates must be licensed to practice professional nursing in the state of New Jersey, and possess a MSN or DNP and certification as a Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner, or licensed to practice as a Physician Assistant in the state of New Jersey.
  • Prior APP experience is required.
  • Current NJ licensure, DEA, and CDS are a plus.
