Job Title: Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse Practitioner

Providence Women's and Children's Program is seeking experienced Neonatal nurse practitioners to join a well-established team of practitioners in Portland, Oregon. In this role, you will provide clinical management of high-risk neonates and infants, patient education, and work collaboratively with medical, nursing, and support services to provide high-value, family-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical management of high-risk neonates and infants
  • Develop and implement patient education plans
  • Collaborate with medical, nursing, and support services to provide comprehensive care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years post-graduate neonatal nurse practitioner clinical experience
  • Advanced notice scheduling
  • Availability for a minimum of 2 shifts per month
