We are seeking an experienced Electrical Technician to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical maintenance, molding machines, high voltage electrical, PLC programming, machinery repair, preventative/predictive maintenance, pneumatic/hydraulic/electrical, machine set-up, and calibration.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and mechanical systems in the molding production area.
- Perform preventative/predictive maintenance on molding machines and equipment.
- Ensure all safety regulations are followed and that equipment is maintained in top operating condition.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Perform machine set-up and calibration.
- Read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and blueprints.
- Assist in the installation and modification of electrical systems.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in electrical maintenance, molding machines, high voltage electrical, PLC programming, machinery repair, preventative/predictive maintenance, pneumatic/hydraulic/electrical, machine set-up, and calibration.
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems and maintenance.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Must be able to work a 12-hour shift on a 2/2/3 rotating schedule.
