High-Tech Maintenance Opportunity

Our 190,000-square-foot, ISO 9001:2015 certified plant is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician 2nd or 3rd Shift Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our state-of-the-art equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on high-tech equipment, including hydraulic, pneumatic, and vacuum systems
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues
  • Work with contractors to complete projects and backlog of corrective action work
  • Participate in 5S initiatives and maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
  • Low voltage 12/24v, 120/230 single phase, 240/480 3 phase proficiency
  • Arc flash training
  • Capable of reading PLC ladder print and programming
  • Hydraulic, pneumatic, and vacuum system knowledge
  • Basic welding skills
  • HVAC knowledge
  • Understanding of basic greases and oils
  • Precision measurement equipment skills
  • Machining capability
  • Good manufacturing practices knowledge
  • CMMS knowledge
  • PC capable - Microsoft office systems
  • Fork lift/ Scissors lift / boom lift operation
  • Fall protection training
  • PPE training
  • 1st responder, fire extinguisher training
