Ovation Communities is seeking a highly skilled MDS Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our clinical operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our Minimum Data Set (MDS) process.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to plan and organize the MDS process, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Work closely with clinical and administrative staff to resolve issues related to the MDS 3.0, promoting accurate coding and maximizing reimbursement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including therapy and billing teams.
- At least two years of experience in the MDS process, with a working knowledge of state and federal regulations.
- Resident Assessment Coordinator - certified (RAC-CT) is highly desirable.
- High School Diploma or Registered Nurse with MDS experience.
