Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to member services and billing administration, including responding to requests related to risk management programs and services.
- Process invoice payables, disbursement requests, and perform mail runs.
- Manage team meetings, perform various data entry projects, and secure and distribute contracts.
- Assist with editing coverage documents, claim forms, and IGA.
- Perform data entry and set up new prospects.
- Send WC renewal certificates and assist with WC yearend filing.
- Arrange printing of envelopes, business cards, etc.
As a regular teammate working 20 hours or more per week, you will be eligible for benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, accidental death and dismemberment, and tax-preferred savings accounts. You will also receive no less than 10 days of vacation and 10 sick days during your first year of employment, along with paid holidays.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be proficient in data entry and have a strong attention to detail.
