Job Summary

Boundless Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and reliable Child Care / Family Care Provider to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for creating a safe, healthy, and fun environment for the family.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personalized Care: Provide customized and personalized Senior Care and Childcare for the family's children in their homes.
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve meals for the children.
  • Child Development: Administer one-on-one care and meet the physical, emotional, social, and intellectual needs of the children. Create educational and fun activities. Develop and monitor schedules to ensure children have enough rest, physical activity, and play.
  • First Aid and Safety: Administer first-aid or CPR to children when needed.
  • Academic Support: Assist children, individually or in groups with lesson projects and homework.
  • Environment Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
  • Transportation and Errands: Transport children to and from activities, and grocery shop for the children, and plan the children's daily schedule.
  • Additional Tasks: May include additional household tasks, such as cleaning, cooking, housekeeping, laundry, and pet care.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent.
  • Certifications: CPR and First Aid Certificate (preferred)
  • Experience: 3+ years of childcare experience, including infant care.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Proficient knowledge of home safety and first aid.
  • Transportation: Valid driver's license, with a clean driving record and proficient driving skills.
  • Communication and Organization: Outstanding verbal communication skills and outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Personal Qualities: Good moral character and pleasant disposition.
  • Physical Demands: Physically fit, energetic, active, and dexterous.
