Academic Support Specialist

A key role in our organization is that of the Inclusive Learning Facilitator. This individual will work closely with teachers and other education professionals to develop and implement tailored educational programs for students with diverse needs.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. A Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field is required, along with NC Teaching Certification (or the ability to obtain it).
School Services:This School Services role provides critical support to students with diverse needs. Working closely with teachers and other education professionals, you will help develop and implement tailored educational programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement inclusive educational programs
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents/guardians
- Develop and implement personalized learning plans tailored to individual student needs
The estimated annual salary for this position is $63,000 - $75,000.
