Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Medical Delivery Specialist to join our team at Lincare Holdings. This role is ideal for an individual with experience in home health care and a passion for providing exceptional patient service.

About the Job

In this critical position, you will be responsible for delivering medical equipment and supplies to patients in their homes, clinics, and hospitals. Your duties will include:

  • Equipment setup and maintenance: You will ensure that all medical equipment is properly set up and maintained in a safe and timely manner.
  • Oxygen deliveries: You will deliver oxygen cylinders and concentrators to patients on a daily route as determined by patient base and routing system.
  • Maintenance and repair: You will perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment both in the home and at the center.
  • Cleanliness and organization: You will maintain the cleanliness and organization of company vehicles and warehouse/storage areas.
  • Documentation and communication: You will complete proper paperwork and follow FDA guidelines pertaining to cylinder tracking and oxygen analyzer testing.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Minimum one-year experience in home health care field as service representative or equivalent position.
  • Good interpersonal, verbal, and writing skills.
  • A valid driver's license for appropriate class of vehicle driven while employed.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
