Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance and safety evaluations on medical devices and support apparatus.
- Oversee equipment management, coordinate service schedules, and maintain accurate records.
- Address equipment inquiries from clinical teams and procure necessary repair components.
- Deliver training sessions for equipment users and ensure a productive work environment.
- Engage in Quality Improvement initiatives and departmental discussions.
- Work alongside technical staff to resolve device-related challenges.
- Associate's degree in electronics or a related discipline is required.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience with clinical devices in a healthcare environment.
- Possession of a valid driver's license for roles involving field service.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
