Job Summary

This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) and Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) across all five branch locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cash Management: Process, verify, and reconcile inbound and outbound cash transactions to ensure accurate and timely processing.
  • ATM/ITM Maintenance: Balance vault and general ledger, resolve discrepancies and outages as they arise, and work directly with vendors to verify bank deposits and prepare cash shipments.
  • Support Operations: Assist with issuing debit and credit cards, compiling dispute research, and other back-office duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • No prior experience is necessary, but a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Professional attitude, honesty, and integrity are a must.
  • Solid math skills and dependable transportation are also required.
