Columbia Crest Center - Moses Lake, WA is seeking a skilled RN Unit Manager to lead our nursing team. As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction. You will work closely with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing coverage and participate in developing and implementing ways to achieve patient goals and minimize rehospitalizations. Additionally, you will mentor and educate nurses, oversee medication management, and provide direct patient care. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing coverage
* Participate in developing and implementing ways to achieve patient goals and minimize rehospitalizations
* Mentor and educate nurses
* Oversee medication management

**Requirements:**

* Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing
* Must have at least one year of nurse leadership experience
* Must possess current licensure by the State Board of Examiners of Nurses in the nursing center state
* Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification
