Columbia Crest Center - Moses Lake, WA is seeking a skilled RN Unit Manager to lead our nursing team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our nursing units. Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
* Mentor and educate nurses to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent patient care
* Oversee medication management and ensure compliance with Genesis policy
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements:

* Current licensure by the State Board of Examiners of Nurses in the nursing center state
* At least one year of nurse leadership experience
* BSN or equivalent
* Current BLS/CPR certification
