We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced attorney to join our team in Southfield, MI. As a Trial Attorney, you will be responsible for handling complex civil litigation cases, including No Fault/PIP, Bodily Injury, and Premises Liability litigation.

Responsibilities
  • Handle jury trials with exceptional knowledge of civil procedure and trial strategy.
  • Manage a caseload with strong interpersonal skills and superior oral advocacy and writing skills.
  • Collaborate with skilled support staff to achieve optimal results.
Requirements
  • Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an ABA accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in Michigan and membership in good standing with the state bar.
  • At least 3+ years of civil litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense.
  • Strong automation and technological skills for lawsuit handling and courtroom presentation.
