About the Role: Lincoln Behavioral Services is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will play a critical role in driving the financial success of our organization.

Job Summary: We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Financial Strategist to lead our finance team and drive strategic financial planning, budgeting, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, and business acumen, with experience in non-profit mental health environments.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, strategies, and budgets to ensure the long-term financial sustainability of Lincoln Behavioral Services.
  • Lead the finance team in preparing and presenting regular financial reports to senior management and the Board of Directors.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Promote a culture of transparency and accountability within the organization.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (finance, accounting) or extensive experience in mental health accounting and administration may be considered.
  • Minimum 7 years of directly relevant work at a Director or CFO level in the field of finance, preferably in a non-profit mental health environment.
  • Proficiency in financial-management and accounting software systems and programs required.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
