Key Responsibilities
  • Mentor and guide partners in designing and developing web services.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with partners to ensure their business needs are met.
  • Develop and maintain libraries, templates, practices, and documentation.
  • Develop effective monitoring and alerting systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve service, website, and infrastructure failures.
  • Participate in on-call rotation.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a strong background in computer science and significant experience in service development and cloud engineering. You should have experience with all aspects of the DevOps lifecycle, including planning, developing, testing, deploying, and operating large-scale highly available web services.
