Job Description:
  • Manage a team of engineers to develop and maintain game systems.
  • Create a technical vision that aligns with key stakeholders and communicate this vision clearly to your team.

The Live Design team collaborates across game design, product, esports, QA, artists, and engineering to identify and address long-term challenges in VALORANT's gameplay. Our mission is to ensure a fair, engaging, and competitive experience that upholds the highest standards of integrity, continuously delivering updates that meet and exceed player expectations.

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Experience directly leading an engineering team either as an Engineering Manager or Technical Lead & mentor.
  • Familiarity working in an agile environment.

We offer a competitive salary range of $183,300 - $256,600 USD + incentive compensation + equity + 401K with company match + medical, dental, vision, and life insurance + short and long-term disability + open PTO.
