Job Summary

NFM, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Total Rewards/Administrative Coordinator to provide timely and thorough support for employee benefits plans.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience with benefits administration, premium reconciliation, and journal entries.

This role requires 24 hours weekly, flexible full-days, and one day in-office per week.

Responsibilities

">
  • Support new hires enrollment, FMLA, ADA, and COBRA processes.
  • Serve as a point of contact for benefit inquiries from employees.
  • Reconcile transactions within the accounting system and banking sites.
  • Analyze and respond to billing inquiries and requests from internal and external customers.
  • Execute departmental administrative duties and projects.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma; Associate's degree preferred.
  • Two years' employee benefits, premium reconciliation, and bank account experience preferred.
  • One year of accounting experience or familiarity with journal entries preferred.
  • Excellent Business Communication Skills.
  • Proficient use of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Loan Vision preferred.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and collaborate with teams.

Salary Information

$25-$29 per hour, depending on experience.
