Benefits Administrator Coordinator

NFM, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Total Rewards/Administrative Coordinator to provide timely and thorough support for employee benefits plans.
">The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience with benefits administration, premium reconciliation, and journal entries.
">This role requires 24 hours weekly, flexible full-days, and one day in-office per week.
">Responsibilities
">- Support new hires enrollment, FMLA, ADA, and COBRA processes.
- Serve as a point of contact for benefit inquiries from employees.
- Reconcile transactions within the accounting system and banking sites.
- Analyze and respond to billing inquiries and requests from internal and external customers.
- Execute departmental administrative duties and projects.
Requirements
">- High School Diploma; Associate's degree preferred.
- Two years' employee benefits, premium reconciliation, and bank account experience preferred.
- One year of accounting experience or familiarity with journal entries preferred.
- Excellent Business Communication Skills.
- Proficient use of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Loan Vision preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and collaborate with teams.
Salary Information
">$25-$29 per hour, depending on experience.
