We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Manager to join our team at an affordable community in Calexico, CA.
About the RoleThis is a full-time, hourly position with housing available and full benefits eligibility. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience managing an apartment community and a strong background in affordable housing and tax credit properties.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations and management of the community
- Develop and implement effective customer service strategies
- Manage budgets and financials, including creating and maintaining financial reports
- Lead and motivate a team of associates to achieve exceptional results
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in apartment community management
- Strong knowledge of affordable housing and tax credit properties
- Excellent leadership and customer service skills
- Ability to create and maintain financial reports and budgets
- Valid driver's license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage
