Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement a strategic marketing initiative aimed at acquiring new business by engaging key brokers in California, which may involve travel to industry events.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related discipline is required, along with 3-7 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

  • Strong ability to articulate findings and recommendations to management regarding underwriting issues.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities.

  • Strategic mindset to enhance underwriting operations.
  • Customer service orientation is essential.
The compensation for this role is based on various non-discriminatory factors, including skills, experience, education, and internal equity. The anticipated salary range for this position is:
$81,000 - $131,267.00
