Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and retrieve medical equipment to customers in a safe and timely manner
  • Process, clean, inspect, and test equipment to ensure it is in good working condition
  • Complete all paperwork and data entry accurately and in a timely manner
  • Provide excellent customer service and educate customers on the features and functionality of the equipment
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required to support a 24/7 schedule
Requirements
  • Be 21 years of age or older, with a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Hold a current, valid, and unrestricted driver's license
  • Have a safe driving record based on Agiliti policies
  • Have customer service experience and basic computer skills
  • Be able to lift and/or push up to 75 pounds and stand and walk for long periods of time
