About the Role

As an Event Marketing Agent, you will be responsible for driving lead generation and brand awareness through on-site, face-to-face interaction with prospective customers. You will provide valuable information about our products and services to homeowners, and work to produce qualified leads in the form of in-home consultation appointments for our design consultants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set appointments with prospective homeowners
  • Provide key brand information and brand points to educate consumers about our product
  • Perform set up, execution, and break down of set up
  • Provide the Event manager with consumer feedback and info for recaps
  • Maintain proper channels of communication
  • Provide timely sweepstakes and lead sheets
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 18 years or older
  • Reliable transportation
  • Clear background check
  • Effective listening and communication skills
  • Previously sales experience is a plus
Working Conditions

Work in various indoor and outdoor locations. Work in varying weather conditions, including hot or cold temperatures. Work in either very bright or very low light. Work or be exposed to continuous sounds or noise levels. Work with a group or as part of a team. Work near other people but usually have a few feet of space separating them from coworkers.

  • Able to push, pull, extend arms, and reach overhead
