Job Opportunity

T&M Associates is seeking a skilled Licensed Landscape Architect to join our Site Development team. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, combining remote work with in-office collaboration.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on landscape architecture, civil, and planning projects
  • Work closely with Directors and Project Managers on all aspects of the design process, including analysis, conceptual ideas, design development, documentation, and construction administration
  • Create presentation graphics, including computer-generated plan and perspective renderings, and sections
  • Assist in preparing, coordinating, and completing construction documents
  • Communicate design ideas graphically and orally, and contribute to the development of design concepts
  • Review shop drawings and contractor submittals
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Architectural studies, planning, engineering, or a closely related field
  • 2-4 years of experience with landscape and land development projects
  • Experience in AutoCAD required
  • Experience with hand graphics, SketchUP, Photoshop, Land FX, and Microsoft Office a plus
  • Planting and horticultural knowledge
  • Ability to adapt to an ever-changing work environment
