Job Responsibilities:
  • Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
  • Perform thorough evaluations to assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for clients experiencing speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties.
  • Develop a treatment plan based on the evaluation, physician's orders, and recommended goals.

About the Position: We are seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Rutland County. The ideal candidate will have prior home care experience, but it's not required. This role offers the chance to work as an integral member of a multi-disciplinary healthcare team, providing rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients in their homes.
