About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Vice President of Marketing to join our team at Integra Beauty Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business goals and drive growth across all channels
  • Own revenue and performance KPIs, ensuring alignment and collaboration across departments
  • Translate consumer insights, performance analytics, and retailer strategies into winning business strategies and tactics
  • Set and uphold brand standards, including the brand book, guidelines, feel, look, and voice, to ensure brand integrity across all touchpoints
  • Measure performance through KPIs, including brand sentiment, awareness, and asset value
  • Drive revenue growth by joining Brand and Growth departments, understanding pricing elasticity, lift, and profit maximization
  • Develop go-to-market strategies, value propositions, pricing, and positioning to enhance market penetration and consumer engagement
  • Oversee the website as a primary owned medium, ensuring customer interaction aligns with brand expectations and enhances the digital experience
  • Collaborate with the retail division to expand distribution, shelving, and merchandising opportunities
  • Influence, connect, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute business-building initiatives
  • Lead and develop high-performing teams across brand, creative, consumer research, and marketing operations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in Brand Management within a consumer goods setting
  • Minimum of 5 years leading teams and developing direct reports
  • 4 years of experience in the fashion/beauty industry or CPG (understanding of consumer cycles)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proactive, with the ability to operate autonomously and collaboratively
  • In-depth understanding of the product development process and pipeline innovation
  • Experience in conducting, analyzing, and developing strategies based on primary research and data
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate findings into actionable strategies
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Business Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel
