Position Overview:
The Warehouse Material Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the precise inventory management of all paper supplies within the storage facility.


This role ensures that paper supplies are retrieved in accordance with cut-sheet requirements and aligned with the production schedule.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Retrieve paper supplies based on client specifications, ensuring alignment with production timelines.

2. Maintain precise records of all paper inventory.

3. Guarantee that all paper supplies are received and ready for uninterrupted production operations.

4. Protect all open paper pallets to avert spoilage.

5. Uphold the maintenance of all assigned vehicles and equipment.

6. Ensure that inventory items in the storage facility are organized and well-maintained.

7. Prevent any damage to products within the storage area.

8. Execute additional tasks as directed.

Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED is mandatory.

- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating fork trucks.

- Minimum of 1 year of experience with standup order pickers.

- Strong troubleshooting, interpersonal, and communication abilities.

- Capability to read and comprehend written directives.

Physical Demands:
- Extended hours, including 12-hour shifts.

- Ability to regularly lift 60 lbs.

- Flexibility to work various shifts.

- Use of hearing protection is required.

- Gloves are to be worn as necessary.
