**Job Summary**

Community Health of Central Washington is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our healthcare team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist providers and RNs with gathering clinical information to assess patient health conditions.
  • Administer medications, treatments, vaccinations, and other in-office tests as per provider orders or RN delegation.
  • Perform clerical assignments within the scope of practice.

**Requirements:**

  • Graduation from an approved Nursing program.
  • Prior experience preferred.
  • WA LPN License required.
  • BCLS card required.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English a plus.
  • Pre-employment drug screen required.
