Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide age-appropriate care, utilizing your nursing education and understanding of growth, development, and aging.
  • Deliver routine care and services to patients from various ethnic and social backgrounds, leveraging your strong interpersonal skills.
  • Assist the Registered Nurse or care team in executing the nursing process effectively.
Qualifications
  • Current Washington State Licensed Practical Nurse license (LPN).
  • License to administer medications may be necessary.
  • Prior experience as an LPN in an acute care environment within the last three years is preferred.
  • Experience in the designated specialty or successful completion of a focused residency post-hire.
  • Completion of required competencies for the assigned specialty.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental, and retirement benefits, along with paid time off. The pay scale for this position is $37.19 USD, influenced by various factors such as skill set, experience, and certifications. For positions under a union contract, compensation will align with the appropriate step on the pay scale based on the applicant's experience.
