Director of Facility OperationsWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Facility Operations to join our team at TerraBella Rock Hill. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the overall operation and maintenance of our campus, ensuring that our facilities meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise the maintenance of buildings, grounds, security, and mechanical assets.
- Execute housekeeping, laundry, and transportation services in accordance with established guidelines.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive preventative maintenance program and work order system.
- Plan, organize, and lead housekeeping/laundry operations in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
- Review and implement plans of action for financial deficiencies.
- Process and submit monthly expenses and budget data timely.
- Complete team member staffing and scheduling according to operational and budgetary guidelines.
- Ensure transportation vehicles are maintained in good working condition.
- High School Diploma or Bachelor's/Technical degree in a related field.
- Four years of maintenance supervision experience.
- HVAC experience or training.
- Working knowledge of machinery, tools, repair techniques, plumbing, and related repair.
- Experience with electrical systems, phone systems, fire panels, emergency response systems, and disaster preparedness.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities.
