Primary Care Opportunity
Mercyhealth, a leading healthcare organization in southern Wisconsin and northern Illinois, is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join our Primary Care team in Richmond, IL. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for providing high-quality, personalized care to a diverse patient population.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a family medicine patient panel in a collaborative setting
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care with a focus on prevention and wellness
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited MSN program
- Current IL RN license
- Current IL APRN license
- Current IL DEA number
- Primary Care Nurse Practitioner experience required
