Job Summary:
The Nurse Practitioner (NP) is a vital member of the healthcare team, responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. The NP assesses patients, performs physical examinations, and collaborates with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough patient assessments, including history taking and physical examinations
Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient needs and preferences
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care delivery
Participate in performance improvement activities to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines and best practices in family medicine

Requirements:
Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in California
National certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) from a recognized organization
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a primary care setting
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and other healthcare technology
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
