Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Parking Valet Attendant to join our team at Propark Mobility. As a Parking Valet Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the safe and timely parking of vehicles, and maintaining a clean and organized parking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Parking and Retrieval: Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner, ensuring that vehicles are handled with care and attention to detail.
  • Customer Service: Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Communication: Clearly explain parking rates and instructions to guests, ensuring that they understand the parking process and any additional fees or services.
  • Vehicle Inspection: Inspect each vehicle before taking possession, following company guidelines to ensure that vehicles are handled safely and efficiently.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure that the parking area is clean and organized, and that guests receive exceptional service.

Requirements:

  • Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 2 years.
  • Physical Ability: Must be able to stand, walk, and carry items weighing up to 50lbs, if needed.
  • Communication Skills: Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional approach to interacting with guests.
  • Customer Service Skills: Must be able to provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a positive and helpful manner.
