Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN)

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our team in Cumberland, ME.

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled LPN/LVN to provide high-quality patient care in a home healthcare setting. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Perform focused interviews to identify specific patient needs.
  • Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
  • Other LPN/LVN duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in the state of Maine.
  • Current Health Certificate (per facility).
  • Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS card.
  • One year prior LPN/LVN experience preferred.
