Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our team at Maxim Healthcare Services in Cumberland, ME.

About the Job

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and implementing interventions to promote optimal health outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
  • Document patient progress and outcomes
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills
Requirements
  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) licensure in the state of Maine
  • 1 year of experience in home healthcare or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
