About the Role
As a Primary Care Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner at Carbon Health, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care experiences. Our team-based approach ensures that every patient receives individualized attention and support, from initial consultation to ongoing care and management.

Responsibilities
Conduct patient-centered history taking and physical examinations, craft evidence-based treatment plans, and interpret diagnostic results. Manage patient flow efficiently, review daily tasks, and provide guidance to medical assistants and support staff. Consult with supervising physicians as needed, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.

Requirements
Must possess a Medical/Master's degree, certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner, and valid state licensure. Proven experience in primary care or a similar setting, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong commitment to maintaining accurate and confidential patient records.

Benefits and Compensation
The estimated salary for this position is $141,440 - $176,800 per year, plus an additional bonus potential up to 18% of yearly salary for meeting performance targets.
