Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform effective pre-production setup and organize workstation layout
  • Maintain quality assurance by inspecting all completed tasks
  • Record quality assessments and address any discrepancies
  • Implement Orion's Quality Management System and adhere to established procedures
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve shared objectives
  • Exemplify professionalism and a strong work ethic for peers

Qualifications:

  • Experience with assembly and measurement tools
  • Ability to interpret visual instructions and read technical drawings
  • Openness to acquiring new skills and working collaboratively
  • Prior experience in wire or general assembly is a plus

Compensation:

The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience, skill level, and organizational needs.
