Electro-Mechanical Assembler

**Job Summary**
The Electro-Mechanical Assembler is a key member of our production team, responsible for supporting the assembly, test, and production of electro-mechanical devices. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, as well as the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assemble and test electro-mechanical devices, including wire harness fabrication, potting and encapsulation of connectors and electronics, and assembly of mechanical systems.
- Read and understand engineering assembly drawings, bills of materials, manufacturing procedures, and work instructions.
- Troubleshoot assembly issues and make adjustments as needed.
- Operate standard electronic test equipment, including oscilloscopes, meters, and frequency generators.
- Assist with basic facility maintenance and clean-up.
- Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and a strong work ethic.
**Requirements**
- High School diploma required; Associate's Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering Technology or related field preferred.
- Experience with basic hand and power tools required; 3 years of related experience preferred.
- Soldering to J-STD-001 and operation of standard electronic test equipment required.
- Physical requirements include moderate physical and repetitious work, standing for extended periods, and occasional heavy lifting.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
