**Job Summary**

The Electro-Mechanical Assembler is a key member of our production team, responsible for supporting the assembly, test, and production of electro-mechanical devices. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, as well as the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assemble and test electro-mechanical devices, including wire harness fabrication, potting and encapsulation of connectors and electronics, and assembly of mechanical systems.
  • Read and understand engineering assembly drawings, bills of materials, manufacturing procedures, and work instructions.
  • Troubleshoot assembly issues and make adjustments as needed.
  • Operate standard electronic test equipment, including oscilloscopes, meters, and frequency generators.
  • Assist with basic facility maintenance and clean-up.
  • Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and a strong work ethic.

**Requirements**

  • High School diploma required; Associate's Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering Technology or related field preferred.
  • Experience with basic hand and power tools required; 3 years of related experience preferred.
  • Soldering to J-STD-001 and operation of standard electronic test equipment required.
  • Physical requirements include moderate physical and repetitious work, standing for extended periods, and occasional heavy lifting.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
