  • Over 10 years of professional experience.
  • Expertise in WebSphere Portal on Linux platforms.
  • Familiarity with WebSphere Network deployment across Linux, AIX, and Windows environments.
  • 3-5 years of experience with IBM Security Verify Access WebSEAL.
  • Exposure to cloud technologies, particularly AWS, and familiarity with DevOps practices.
  • Proven ability to drive impact, lead transformations, and operate with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the upgrade processes for WebSphere Portal deployments and automation initiatives.
  • Provide on-call support on a rotational basis.
  • Engage in AWS cloud migration projects.
  • Collaborate with both on-site and offshore teams.
  • Deliver hands-on technical solutions to business challenges, translating them into effective process and technical solutions.
  • Oversee the design, development, and delivery of WAS applications, including clustering through network deployment.
  • Innovate advanced technological concepts and guide their development into final products.
  • Manage middleware technologies, including patching and upgrade tasks for WebSphere application server, Tomcat, and Apigee.
  • Work alongside development teams to create and configure new middleware instances required for various projects, including web servers and application servers.
