The Sales Associate partners with store management to drive sales by delivering outstanding customer service and providing persistent attention to detail in assisting and selling goods to customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome customers with genuine enthusiasm
  • Ask open-ended questions to customers to determine their needs and offer additional products
  • Communicate product features and benefits
  • Maintain excellent customer service by checking for customer understanding and listening to feedback
  • Process register transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Assist the store in achieving budgeted sales
  • Maintain visual integrity by regular cleaning and assisting with general housekeeping duties

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Experience with an apparel premium brand retailer preferred
  • Computer literacy including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
