Position Overview:
We are looking for a Retrofit Mechanical Engineer to contribute to our engineering efforts. This role is essential in supporting the design and enhancement of our products, as well as improving manufacturing techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct engineering analyses and calculations to support product development.
- Create and evaluate 3D models and technical drawings.
- Generate comprehensive technical documentation for internal and external use.
- Provide on-site technical assistance during the manufacturing and assembly of prototype systems.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including suppliers and project managers, to devise effective engineering solutions.
- Participate in short-term travel as necessary for project needs.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or a related discipline) with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software, preferably Autodesk Inventor.
- Strong foundation in manufacturing processes and engineering principles.
- Experience in metal fabrication and assembly is advantageous.
