Hiring for a skilled School Psychologist to join our team at ProCare Therapy in Damariscotta, ME.

Job Overview:

This full-time position involves delivering essential psychological services to students within a school environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience providing individual, group, and family interventions for both special education and general education students.

Crisis intervention services are also a key component of this role, including immediate intervention, evaluation, and referrals to community agencies.

In addition, the successful applicant will be responsible for administering behavioral rating scales, personality assessments, and projective techniques for diagnostic purposes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement behavioral and academic intervention strategies for students.
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school personnel to provide comprehensive support.
  • Utilize telehealth platforms and digital tools for remote service provision.
Requirements:
  • Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a closely related field.
  • Valid certification or licensure as a school psychologist.
  • Proven experience delivering psychological services within an educational setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $ 95,000 - 110,000 per year, based on national averages and location.
